The rule

One rule. The same words for every plan.

There are no bundles to choose between. Each document is priced on its own, at the fee on the fees page. When powers of attorney are done with a will, one rule applies.

Third-party costs, such as the fee to register a power of attorney with the Office of the Public Guardian, are the same as they would be for each document on its own and are listed at cost beneath each example.

Regulated work (trust wills, probate, trust and estate administration) carries a small onboarding fee for the matter and an identity check for each person. Standard wills and powers of attorney do not. It is confirmed before any work starts.

Fees marked “from” are confirmed as a fixed figure after a free call, before any work starts. Fees reviewed 14 September 2026. Every fee, on its own, with VAT: fees. The rule is worth £150 on the matter, once, however many power of attorney documents are made.
