Every job has a fixed fee, agreed in writing before any work starts. There is no hourly billing and no percentage of the estate, so the price does not grow while you wait. If a job takes longer than expected, that is Aaron’s cost, not yours.

1. Wills

   Standard wills, and wills that include a trust. Who inherits, who looks after the children, who is in charge.

   Mirror wills for a couple £550 + VAT. A will with a trust in it £650 + VAT, or £950 + VAT for a couple.

2. Powers of attorney

   Who can act for you if you cannot. Money and property; health and care. Registered for you.

   Both for one person £800 + VAT. Both for each of a couple £1,400 + VAT. The Office of the Public Guardian charges £92 to register each document, paid at cost on top.

3. Probate

   The grant, the tax, the money in and the money out. Never a percentage of the estate.

   Aaron obtains the grant and you do the rest. Full administration from £3,000 + VAT. The court’s £526 application fee is paid at cost on top.

4. Trust and estate planning

   Declarations of trust, deeds of variation, lifetime trusts, trust administration, and planning alongside your accountant and adviser.

   What's included+−

   Each piece of work is priced on its own. Planning alongside a will is £450 + VAT or £750 + VAT. A lifetime trust is £1,500 + VAT.

Third-party costs such as court and registration fees are listed with each service. Regulated work (trust wills, probate, trust and estate administration) carries a small onboarding fee for the matter and an identity check for each person. Standard wills and powers of attorney do not. It is confirmed before any work starts.
