Your consent and your data
On the last step you are asked to tick a privacy consent. It is never pre-ticked, and the form will not send without it. This is the wording:
I consent to Safe Harbour Legal collecting and processing the personal information provided in this questionnaire for the purpose of preparing and advising on my legal matter. I understand this data will be stored securely in accordance with the firm's data protection policy and the SRA Standards and Regulations. I have read the privacy policy.
The will, power of attorney, probate and trust questionnaires also ask for consent to share information with bodies such as HM Courts and Tribunals Service, the Office of the Public Guardian, the Land Registry or a bank, only where the matter needs it. Marketing consent is a separate box, optional and never pre-ticked. How this website uses your information says what is kept and for how long.

What sending it means
- It costs nothing
- There is no charge for sending a questionnaire.
- It does not instruct Aaron
- Nothing is instructed until he has confirmed the fixed fee in writing and you have agreed it. Until then you are free to walk away.
- The fee is fixed, and known first
- Every job has a fixed fee agreed before any work starts.Trust wills, probate, and trust and estate administration carry a small onboarding fee for the matter and an identity check for each person. Standard wills and powers of attorney do not. It is confirmed before any work starts.
- It is not saved half way
- Answers stay in this browser tab until you press Send, so a reload does not lose them. Close the tab and they are gone, so set aside enough time, or note the details down first.
