Aaron drafts two kinds at fixed fees: a standard will, and a will with a trust in it for a second marriage, step-children, a vulnerable beneficiary, or a couple ring-fencing the first to die’s share for the children. Where the estate is around or above the inheritance tax allowances, or there is a business or farm, a fixed planning level is added to the will, so the price is still known before you start. - [Probate](https://safeharbour.legal/services/probate): When someone close to you dies, the paperwork should not fall on you. Aaron handles probate from start to finish at a fixed fee, and you deal with him throughout. He never charges a percentage of the estate. - [Powers of attorney](https://safeharbour.legal/services/lpa): A Lasting Power of Attorney lets the people you trust act for you if you cannot, through illness, injury or age. Without one, your family has to apply to the Court of Protection. With one, they can act as soon as it is needed. - [Trusts](https://safeharbour.legal/services/trusts): Trust and estate planning is the work above an ordinary will. Aaron reviews what you own, what you want to protect and who advises you, then designs the plan: wills with a trust in them, lifetime trusts, declarations of trust, deeds of variation, succession for a business or farm, and inheritance tax planning, working alongside your accountant and financial adviser. He also sets up trusts, registers them with HMRC and runs them for the trustees. Each piece of work has its own fixed fee, and the two planning levels that sit on top of a will are fixed too. ## Contact - Website: https://safeharbour.legal - Telephone: 01262 310 850 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm) - Email: aaron@safeharbour.legal - WhatsApp: 07412 236 240 - Book a 15-minute call: https://safeharbour.legal/book (no charge for the first call) - Find your plan and price: https://safeharbour.legal/start (sixty seconds of questions that end on a named plan and its fee) - Start my matter: https://safeharbour.legal/questionnaires - Based in Bridlington, East Yorkshire.
