Done together

A will and powers of attorney, done together.

Your wills cost £180 inc. VAT (£150 + VAT) less when your powers of attorney are done at the same time, because the meetings, identity checks and signing happen once.

The rule

One rule, the same for every plan.

There are no bundles to choose between. Each document is priced on its own, at the fee on the fees page. When powers of attorney are done with a will, one rule applies.

Done together
£180 inc. VAT (£150 + VAT) off the matter, once, however many power of attorney documents are made

Third-party costs, such as the fee to register a power of attorney with the Office of the Public Guardian, are the same as they would be for each document on its own and are listed at cost beneath each example.

Worked examples.

4 plans, each worked out from the fee schedule as you read this.

Each example below is a set of Plan Finder answers. The lines, the rule and the total use the Plan Finder’s arithmetic. That keeps them in step with the fees page. Open any of them to change an answer and watch the fee move.
